I am partnering with a well-established residential building group to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead their wholesale division.
This business delivers high-quality turnkey homes and House & Land packages to local and international investors through established channel partners. Known for its competitive pricing and strong product offering, the company has built a respected presence within the wholesale residential market.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute and strategic operator with deep expertise in wholesale (not retail) residential building and established relationships across investor and channel networks. You will lead a large, high-performing sales team responsible for driving wholesale partnerships and investor-focused sales outcomes.
The team is experienced and successful - they require a credible, strategic leader who can refine sales strategy, strengthen partner relationships and drive continued growth in both domestic and international investor channels. This is a highly visible, client-facing role representing the business at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and guide a large, experienced wholesale sales team
  • Develop and execute the wholesale strategy for turnkey homes and H&L packages
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with local and international channel partners
  • Identify and secure new wholesale partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and executive leadership
  • Present to developers, investor groups and strategic partners
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies and competitor activity
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable and commercially focused team culture

About You
  • Extensive experience in wholesale residential building (essential)
  • Established relationships with channel partners and investor networks
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Confident, credible and polished in client-facing environments
  • Results-driven with the ability to lead from the front
