Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across several teams, including Airport Operations, Technology, 3rd Party Providers, and Airport Leadership to understand and take ownership of pain points that can be fed back to Technology teams and resolves in a structured manner.
- Conduct workshops with project stakeholders to create common-ground and understand the impacts on & the requirements of the Technology team on Operational projects.
- Understand and provide subject matter expertise on all technology solution inter-dependencies and provide ongoing support for the solutions implemented into WSA operations.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects to understand business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and assess 3rd party designs to ensure they meet the quality demanded by WSA's architectures.
- Act as the first point-of-contact for anything technology solution related and proactively engage with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Selection Criteria:
- You must have demonstrated experience defining, designing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions within the Aviation industry.
- Experience across the entire project lifecycle, taking business requirements through market engagement and deployment.
- Demonstrable skill in business partnering, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and influence with technical and business teams alike.
- Strong governance and critical thinking, able to consider the up-stream and down-stream effects of any considered solutions.
