About the Role
As Senior Transactions Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition and disposal process across a diversified portfolio.
You will:
- Lead sourcing, underwriting and execution of transactions across all Australian states.
- Uncover off-market opportunities through your established agency and industry relationships.
- Set and refine the investment strategy for the industrial market while also targeting value-add office assets and capitalise on the organisation's strong reputation for achieving above market IRR's.
- Execute a wide range of transactions, typically between $20M and $200M, while still engaging in institutional-grade deals.
- Be supported by a dedicated analyst team who will take ownership of financial modelling, feasibilities and transaction analysis, freeing you to focus on origination and deal execution.
- Manage due diligence, prepare investment materials and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and committees.
- Build the team’s profile in the market and represent the platform with confidence and integrity.
We are seeking a driven and collaborative leader who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in direct property, ideally with exposure to either industrial or office acquisitions.
- A proven track record in capital transactions with successful deal conversion.
- Strong relationship network across agencies, owners and capital partners.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and investors.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
