Known for their innovative and truly collaborative approach to working with clients & contractors, they are making a real name for themselves and taking considerable work away from other well known cost consultancies.
Due to growth in secured work for 2026, they are now after the services of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add to their growing BOP team. The role will cover all aspects of professional quantity surveying from estimating planning, cost & budget management, cost control and project reporting..
This role will see the successful candidate working with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineering consultants and others, helping clients to accurately price major infrastructure projects and them manage them during construction stages to budget. Projects works could cover major transport projects, water infrastructure, industrial facilities, earthworks, power & energy projects and storm remediation works to name a few.
About you:
· A mix background across both contractor QS and PQS would be ideal
- Strong experience in cost estimating & planning with relevant software
· Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910
· Strong relationship management and communication skills
· Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction, project management or engineering
