As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a flagship retail centre alongside a growing portfolio, working closely with senior leadership in a lean, high-performing team. This role offers real exposure to decision-making, strategy and value creation across existing assets.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a retail-led portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, tenant engagement and asset optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of day-to-day property and operational management across key assets
- Managing budgets, reforecasting and financial performance including capex and opex
- Overseeing lease administration, outgoings and compliance obligations
- Supporting leasing activity, renewals and market reviews
- Driving tenant relationships and enhancing customer experience
- Managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs
- Identifying and executing value-add and income enhancement opportunities
- Delivering high-quality reporting and working closely with leadership on asset performance
About You
You are a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership.
You will bring:
- Experience across retail property management (exposure to industrial or mixed-use beneficial)
- Strong understanding of leases, outgoings and operational delivery
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build tenant relationships
- Sound financial acumen across budgets, reporting and performance tracking
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements
- Strong organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
