Seeking a Senior Project Manager
who’s eager to tackle multi million construction projects head on, across large scale residential, commercial, civic facilities & major industrial business parks. You’ll dive into delivering both challenging and interesting construction packages alongside top-notch public and private clients including leading NZ developers, Iwi trusts, local authorities & many more
About You
- A diverse background across construction project management within a consultancy
- Ideally a minimum of 6-8 years project experience up to $30 million+
- Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering (or similar)
