As the business continues to grow its national portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment & Development Analyst to join the Adelaide head office.
Working directly alongside the CEO and executive board and founders, this is an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management, fund performance and investor relations.
The Opportunity
This role offers broad exposure across retail and industrial property investments and developments, providing genuine involvement in live transactions rather than simply supporting them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling, investment underwriting and feasibility analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Supporting transaction execution including due diligence, structuring, financing, sale and settlement.
- Preparing investment papers, Board submissions and recommendations for investment decisions.
- Analysing portfolio performance, forecasting cashflows and monitoring fund performance.
- Working alongside asset management to evaluate leasing strategies, capital expenditure initiatives and value-add opportunities.
- Building relationships with capital partners, investors, valuers, agents, consultants, financiers and other key industry stakeholders.
About You
We're seeking a commercially minded property professional who enjoys analysing opportunities and wants to develop into a well-rounded investment professional.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience within property investment, property development, valuations, funds management, transactions and/or advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability.
- Exposure to feasibility analysis, acquisitions, developments or asset management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine passion for retail property and long-term career growth within property and investment.
