As the business enters its next phase of growth, an opportunity exists for a Senior Development Manager to take ownership of key projects and play a central role in delivering high-quality, community-focused developments.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager – Development, you will lead projects across the full lifecycle—from feasibility and acquisition through to delivery and completion.
You’ll operate in a lean, highly capable team where decisions are made quickly, and your impact is visible.
This is a role for someone who wants more than process—you’ll help shape projects, influence strategy and contribute to a growing development platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development management across residential, retail and mixed-use projects
- Drive feasibility, acquisition support and strategic planning inputs
- Manage consultants, authorities and stakeholders through approvals (including complex DA pathways)
- Oversee delivery, programme, cost and risk management through construction
- Work closely with internal leadership on project strategy, staging and execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, processes and project outcomes
About You
- 8–15+ years’ experience in property development or client-side project management
- Proven capability delivering land subdivision and/or built-form projects
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive feasibility and outcomes
- Confident managing consultants, authorities and key stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
- Motivated by ownership, accountability and long-term project success
