The Role

The Senior Property Project Analyst will lead the feasibility, forecasting and performance reporting across a portfolio of major development projects. You will own project financial models and governance and will partner with senior stakeholders to optimise value and manager risk across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Own feasibility governance and financial modelling standards across the development portfolio
  • Build, maintain and optimise project feasibilities, coordinating inputs across product, cost, program, sales and funding
  • Lead scenario, sensitivity and development optimisation analysis to support investment decisions
  • Manage project cash flow forecasts, cost-to-date and cost-to-complete, and explain variances to budget and forecast
  • Deliver project and portfolio performance reporting, dashboards and investment committee materials
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve returns, manage risk and drive value
  • Support development funding, valuations, capital partner reporting and financing processes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, identify risks and unlock opportunities
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in the role you’ll have the following skills/experiences:
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, with a degree in Property Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar
  • Advanced feasibility modelling, scenario analysis and valuation experience across development projects (BTS, BTR and/or mixed-use)
  • Proven ability to review, audit and set standards for complex financial models
  • Strong understanding of development funding, debt structures, covenants and valuation processes
  • Confident communicator, able to present insights to senior leaders, investment committees and capital partners
  • Experience improving financial governance, reporting cadence and performance dashboards
  • Commercially minded with a proactive risk mindset—you naturally think in sensitivities, downside cases and mitigations
