You will take ownership of a commercial office portfolio, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, execute strategy and enhance asset value.
The Role
This is a high-impact asset management role responsible for driving performance across a commercial office portfolio through strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
You will take ownership of assets with clear opportunity to enhance income, occupancy and overall value, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing & Income Optimisation
Lead leasing strategies across the portfolio, drive agent performance and play a key role in negotiating transactions, renewals and restructures - Asset Enhancement & Repositioning
Identify and execute refurbishment and repositioning initiatives, deploying capital to improve asset appeal and performance - Strategic Asset Planning
Develop and implement asset strategies to improve occupancy, WALE and income profile while aligning with broader portfolio objectives - Financial & Investment Management
Manage budgets, forecasts and performance, while preparing business cases and supporting investment decisions where required with exposure to acquisitions - Stakeholder Management
Oversee external property managers and leasing agents, while building strong relationships with tenants, consultants and internal teams
About You
You are a commercially astute asset management professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes in an active environment.
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial asset management
- Strong track record leading leasing strategy and improving asset performance
- Experience delivering value-add initiatives including repositioning or capital works
- Financially literate with an understanding of asset performance and returns
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and execute decisions
