Office portfolio | 12-month contract
An opportunity exists for an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing, nationally recognised property investment and funds management platform. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a premium office portfolio, delivering strong financial performance while providing an exceptional tenant experience.
This position would suit a commercially astute property professional who thrives in a fast-paced institutional environment and enjoys balancing financial management, tenant engagement, and asset strategy execution.
The Role
You will take accountability for the operational and financial performance of your allocated office assets, supported by an Assistant Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Asset Management
- Deliver asset budgets (revenue, opex, capex) and manage income and arrears
- Oversee lease administration, rent reviews and reporting
- Support strategic asset plans and capital works delivery
Tenant & Operations
- Drive tenant engagement and manage key relationships
- Coordinate fit-outs and make-good obligations
- Oversee facilities performance, consultants and contractors
- Maintain consistent property management standards and mentor the Assistant Property Manager
You are commercially driven, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple office assets within a structured environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience in managing commercial real estate
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capability
- Proven experience managing lease negotiations and renewals
- Sound knowledge of compliance, risk and essential services obligations
- Advanced reporting skills with strong Excel capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
