What does this job pay?

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Finance Administrator to join a high-performing team managing one of Queensland’s most complex assets. This position plays a central role in supporting the commercial, financial, and contractual performance of the asset.

Working within a specialist and experienced asset management team, you will coordinate financial processes, support commercial decision-making, and ensure compliance with key project agreements.

This role is well suited to an individual who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and can confidently manage financial documentation across multiple parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate financial administration, including invoice processing, approvals, reporting and project cost tracking.
  • Maintain financial registers and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
  • Support the management of commercial arrangements across construction, facilities management, and operational partners.
  • Review, interpret, and monitor compliance with major contracts and project agreements.
  • Prepare financial documents, cost advice, and inputs to commercial assessments.
  • Assist with risk and compliance activities, including maintaining legal and commercial records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, operators, and external stakeholders.
About You
You will bring a strong foundation in financial administration and commercial support, ideally gained in environments involving complex contracts, property, infrastructure, or large operational assets.

You will have:
  • Experience in financial or commercial management within multi-party environments (PPP, infrastructure, property, construction, FM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, contract terms, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to interpret commercial documents and participate in contract administration.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with the confidence to influence and problem-solve.
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and accountability.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
