Providing critical Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and affiliated services, they are offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact on their business and their customer's lives. You will join as the Property & Fleet Manager, which is a diverse role with considerable impact.
The Opportunity
Sunnyhaven currently own 10 SDA Group Homes across Sutherland, St George & Revesby; they are developing a further three sites and divesting one. Based in their Kogarah office, reporting to the CFO, this pivotal role will have direct oversight of the following responsibilities:
- Property Management
- Preventative Maintenance
- Associated Procurement & Contractor Management
- Capital Works & Development Support
Expected for the opportunity
- Social Housing or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) expertise,
- Experience in an overarching Facilities & Property leadership role.
- Demonstrated Building Code of Australia (BCA) knowledge
- Exceptional project management, organisational, reporting and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- 4 day working week
- $120K + Super + NFP salary sacrificing (increases net pay)
- Exposure & involvement in Property Development
- Bespoke role with a For Purpose, Not for Profit organisation who are at the cutting edge of SDA.
- Knowledge expert for Property, Facilities & Fleet Management
- Supported by Admin staff
