The group is an owner / occupier of a diverse portfolio of property and land assets around Australia. Due to the ever changing corporate landscape, there is a significant program of divestment and acquisition ahead, to ensure the portfolio is fit for future purpose for the coming years.
We are seeking a seasoned property professional with demonstrable experience managing freehold and/or leasehold acquisition and divestment processes. Asset could include office, industrial, land, social infrastructure and residential.
Applicants must have experience in property transactions.
This is a contract role initially, with the possibility/option of permanency in mid 2026.
