The Role
Reporting directly into the CFO, the role includes:
-financial control and reconciliation
-reporting and analysis including property and project level reporting packs
-analyse performance, cash flows and covenant compliance
-variance analysis and assist with consolidation of budgets and forecasts
-identify process gaps and support transformation initiatives
-assist in aligning finance processes between development, corporate and asset management
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified or near completion of these qualifications and have 3-5 years experience in property, audit or business services. Exposure to property, construction or project environments is essential.
