A well-regarded, independently owned project and development management consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Geelong team. You'll be working across a strong pipeline of residential and industrial projects in Geelong and Melbourne's western suburbs, with an immediate focus on a $60M residential retirement apartment project in Geelong, currently in the delivery phase.
The role
- Managing delivery of the $60M retirement apartment project from construction through to completion
- Client-side representation- attending site, liaising with the contractor and consultants
- Working closely with a senior Project Director based in the Geelong office
- Contributing to a broader portfolio of Geelong projects over your career
- Solid PM experience on residential, retirement or mixed-use projects
- Comfortable in a client-side or consultancy role during construction delivery
- Confident managing contractors and consultants with minimal supervision
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering or similar
- Happy to split time between Geelong and Melbourne -Geelong-based candidates suitable with travel to Melbourne occasionally
- $160,000 – $180,000 package depending on experience
- Permanent role with a well-established, independently owned consultancy
