Our client is a tier 2 main contractor that specialises in commercial, residential, health and eductaion building projects ranging from $50M to $200M. They’re seeking an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record to initially take the lead on an $80Mil school project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major building projects
• Manage programs, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Mentor and guide a high-performing project team
• Report project progress and risks to senior leadership

What You Bring

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 7+ years delivering large‑scale building projects ($50M+)
• Strong commercial and technical construction knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with construction and project management software
