Seeking an experienced Project Director or Senior Project Manager from the Wellington region who’s eager to tackle multi million construction projects head on, across large scale healthcare, residential, commercial, civic facilities & major industrial business parks. You’ll dive into delivering both challenging and interesting construction packages alongside top-notch public and private clients including leading NZ developers, Iwi trusts, local authorities & many more.
This opportunity is a genuine succession plan from my client, who see this key appointment as working alongside the current Regional Leader for 1-2 years before fully stepping up to take the reigns on the regional role, managing all projects in the Lower North island and a high performing team of 20 staff across all levels of project management & project advisory.
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong track record of delivery in the Wellington region (essential), be networked & connected with key Wellington clients or an experienced PM professional, looking to return to Wellington with a resume of genuine project delivery.
About you:

A diverse background across construction project management within a consultancy
·
Ideally a minimum of 10-15 years project experience up to $30 million+
·
Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910
·
Strong relationship management and communication skills with prior leadership experience
·
Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering (or similar)
