Financially secure with substantial backing, they have successfully established a Sydney office and are now expanding into Victoria, building a strong local presence.
The role
As Project Director – Victoria, you will:
- Lead and deliver high-value industrial and data centre projects in Victoria circa $100M+
- Establish a Victorian office and team, growing a capable local workforce
- Work closely with Sydney and international offices, with full support for tendering, pre-construction, and project delivery
- Influence business strategy and help shape the future growth of the Victorian operation
- This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy to build the team, win projects, and develop client relationships from day one.
- Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager or Project Director experience, Tier 1 or Tier 2 background accepted
- Proven track record in delivering complex industrial or data centre projects circa $100M+
- Strong leadership skills, able to set up a team and drive business growth
- Well-connected in the market with a network of subcontractors, consultants, and potential hires
- Ambition to grow into State or Managing Director roles in the future
