About the role
As the Office Manager, you will be the central operational lead for the Sydney office, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently and to an exceptional standard every day. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing a wide range of stakeholders. Reporting to the Operations Manager and EA, you will oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, compliance and workplace experience while also providing administrative support to senior leadership. This is a visible, hands on and varied position where your ability to create order, solve problems and elevate the employee experience will be highly valued.

Key responsibilities
• Oversee all daily office operations, presentation standards and facilities management
• Act as the primary contact for employees, guests, visitors, vendors and building management
• Manage supplier relationships, office supplies, maintenance and service providers
• Coordinate team movements, meeting room bookings and director scheduling updates
• Assist with diary coordination and calendar support for senior leaders
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes including IT setup and access requirements
• Oversee mail handling, courier coordination, deliveries and office inventory
• Manage WHS compliance, hazard registers, emergency procedures and first aid requirements
• Provide first level IT and AV support, escalating issues when required
• Coordinate Sydney based team events, milestones, workshops and training programs
• Support senior management with administrative tasks, minutes, agendas and documents
• Maintain databases, registers, corporate records and internal systems
• Track office budgets, credit card reconciliations and assist with process improvements
• Partner with the broader Operations team on group wide initiatives and workplace projects

Skills and experience
• Proven experience in office management, operations or workplace coordination
• Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Warm, polished and professional communication style
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors and service providers
• High level attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
• Strong Microsoft Office capability and comfort troubleshooting basic IT
• Proactive, solutions focused and able to work independently with sound judgement
• Experience in property, projects or professional services beneficial but not essential
