The Opportunity

This newly created role offers genuine scope for continued growth. It is a high-profile and multi-faceted position that spans Project Marketing, Marketing Communications, the Sales function, and external relationships including national builder liaison.

As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving a compelling national retail brand strategy that strengthens awareness, deepens engagement, and celebrates the company’s purpose. Reporting to the GM Marketing you’ll inspire creativity across the business and lead a talented marketing team, both directly and indirectly, across multiple states. You will work in close collaboration with the GM Marketing, who will provide support and professional guidance to expand your skills and experience in relevant areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the national brand, media and communications strategy to enhance brand strength and consistency
  • Oversee retail and project marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results and community impact
  • Ensure sales targets per project are met through the development and delivery of dynamic sales and marketing campaigns
  • Drive proactive PR and editorial initiatives that elevate the company’s voice in market
  • Present confidently to shareholders and senior stakeholders, translating creative vision into commercial outcomes
  • Mentor a passionate team of marketing professionals across Australia
  • Champion innovation, creativity and excellence in all brand touchpoints
About You

You are a hands-on, forward-thinking marketing leader who blends commercial nous with creative flair. You are confident presenting to senior stakeholders and shareholders, and you thrive in agile, energetic and collaborative environments.

You bring:

  • Significant experience in Senior Marketing & Communications roles with proven success in leading retail brand, campaign and media strategies
  • Strong experience in editorial media and curating media events and opportunities to generate media coverage
  • Industry experience in property development, property management or other high-profile brand environments, with an understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR or similar
  • A track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
