The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the business, the role includes:
-provide market and business insights and support the business on financial modelling for business proposals and decision support
-analyze monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on variances
-manage the annual budgeting process and analyze economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
-partner with business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
-prepare ad hoc presentations for the COO and CFO
-strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems
-this is a stand alone role initially with the opportunity to recruit a small team within the next 12 months
The Person
-you will be CA/CPA qualified and have 10 + years experience working in a
commercial finance role including FP&A in a capital intensive industry.
-prior property development experience is highly desirable
-strong financial modelling and analysis skills
-strong communication and interpersonal skills
