About The Role
- Managing the full leasing lifecycle from enquiry to move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective residents
- Coordinating inspections, applications, and lease signings
- Ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer experience onsite
- Working closely with the operations and marketing teams to optimise occupancy and retention
- Experience in leasing, property management, or residential operations (BTR, PBSA, or luxury apartments highly regarded)
- Must hold Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate License
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- A proactive, professional, and community-focused approach
