The Role
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of the community, connecting with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and supporting the full leasing and renewal cycle. You’ll take pride in presentation standards and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy across these flagship BTR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing enquiries, inspections, applications, and renewals
- Support community engagement and marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents
- Maintain presentation of display apartments and shared spaces
- Collaborate with on-site and corporate teams to achieve occupancy and service goals
- Base salary, plus commission structure.
- Work across high-quality Build-to-Rent developments in Melbourne
- Be part of a collaborative team with marketing and operational support
- On-site parking and professional, modern working environment
- Genuine career growth within a global property platform
- Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate License preferred but not essential – support provided to obtain accreditation
