We require an experienced Implementation Manager to lead complex system implementations within the energy/utilities/electricity sector, supporting delivery of critical initiatives driven by regulatory timelines.
This role will play a key part in coordinating and executing end-to-end implementation and cutover activities across production and non-production environments. You will work closely with Project, Test, Change and Operational teams to ensure implementation plans are well structured, risks are managed, and releases are executed smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage implementation, cutover and go-live plans for complex technology and business change initiatives.
- Coordinate across Project, Test, Change and Operational teams to ensure readiness for implementation events.
- Manage and coordinate release code deployments across production and non-production environments.
- Drive implementation activities within aggressive regulatory-driven delivery timelines.
- Track and report progress against the implementation plan, ensuring milestones, dependencies and risks are actively managed.
- Lead implementation and release events, managing issues, defects and risks including triage, resolution and escalation where required.
- Document and execute handover plans, ensuring successful transition of solutions into operational support teams.
Skills & Expertise Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex implementations within the energy/utilities or electricity sector.
- Background as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Release Manager or Cutover Manager delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing release code deployments and coordinating go-live activities.
- Experience coordinating across multiple delivery streams including testing, change, infrastructure and operations.
- Strong experience managing defects, issues and release risks during implementation events.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, regulatory-driven environments with strict timelines.
