You will play a pivotal role in establishing, growing, and leading the QS business in Brisbane, working alongside a collaborative leadership team that delivers major projects across commercial, health, education, and infrastructure sectors for both public and private clients.
About the Role
- Lead the strategic development of a Quantity Surveying division in Brisbane.
- Leverage your networks and reputation to grow market presence and build client relationships.
- Provide commercial, cost planning, and risk advisory expertise across complex projects.
- Collaborate with directors and project leaders to deliver innovative, value-driven outcomes.
- Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with professional accreditation.
- 10+ years’ experience with strong exposure to the Queensland property and construction sectors.
- Well-regarded reputation and professional network within the local market.
- Proven leadership or mentoring capability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a new business stream within an established consultancy.
