The Role
The Group FP&A Manager sits at the centre of financial planning, analysis and strategic decision-making for the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, the role supports the delivery of group forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis and capital planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional teams to understand key drivers of performance, risks and opportunities, and provide commercial insights.
- Maintain and enhance group forecasting models across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Coordinate and deliver the group budgeting and long-term forecasting process, including consolidation of divisional inputs.
- Support capital management through analysis of funding requirements, debt metrics and financial data for rating agencies.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership, including analysis and commentary on group performance.
- Assist with preparation of external reporting materials including results presentations, investor updates and other market communications.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial planning tools, processes and reporting frameworks.
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified.
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial planning, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience working with large data sets and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial insights for senior audiences.
