We are partnering with a leading community housing organisation focused on delivering affordable and social housing solutions across NSW, working closely with private sector capital and institutional investors to drive innovative housing outcomes.

This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role responsible for building and shaping capital-light partnership opportunities and positioning the organisation as a trusted operating partner within the evolving housing ecosystem.

You will lead the origination of institutional partnerships and housing management mandates, working at the intersection of housing, capital and development.

Key focus areas include:

• Building and managing senior relationships with developers, investors and capital partners
• Originating and shaping capital-light opportunities (BTR, mixed tenure, operating platforms)
• Developing a disciplined, high-quality pipeline of opportunities
• Leading commercial assessment (ROI, margin, risk) to support executive decision-making
• Influencing opportunities early, ahead of formal procurement processes

You are a commercially astute leader with a strong track record in:

• Institutional property, funds management, development or partnerships
• Structuring and originating complex deals or partnerships
• Building senior stakeholder relationships across private and/or public sectors
• Evaluating opportunities through financial, strategic and risk lenses

You bring the credibility to operate at executive level, combined with the drive to build a new growth platform.

• Highly flexible working model – predominantly remote with travel and likely 1–2 days in office most weeks.
