Through Capstone’s partnership we are seeking a commercially astute and strategic General Manager to lead and grow our Victorian development portfolio after recent promotions.

The Role
Reporting to the COO and forming part of the National Executive Team, you will:
- Lead and execute the Victorian development strategy
- Drive growth, profitability and portfolio performance
- Oversee feasibility, budgeting, ROI and financial reporting
- Work with the acquisitions team Identifying and securing new development opportunities
- Manage key stakeholder relationships including partners, authorities and consultants
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performing development team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to Villawood’s high standards
- Continue to foster Villawood’s excellent team culture and drive innovation
About You
- Solid leadership/people management skills
- Significant experience delivering large scale residential greenfield projects, built form exposure is an additional bonus.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic capability
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset
- Very to people wanting to take the next step in their career from PD/DD level.
