The Role
As an integral part of the Executive Management Team, you will lead the strategic direction of place strategy, renewal of assets, and delivery of the precinct’s long-term physical evolution. This role is singularly focused on the strategic development, planning and execution of all major capital works, urban renewal and significant development projects that contribute to the precinct’s future state and enhance its public value.

- Stakeholder Engagement (Strategic)
- Team Leadership & Performance
The successful candidate in this role will be an experienced and visionary leader with:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a strategic planning or project delivery environment, with prior demonstrated experience in leading significant precinct renewal or program delivery.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering complex, large-scale capital works programs and major development projects, preferably within a precinct or urban renewal context.
- Experience in working with and presenting to Boards and board sub-committees.
- An ability to identify and bring about improvement and streamlining of processes, policies and systems related to strategic planning and project delivery.
- Proven leadership experience within high performing teams.
