The Role
- Reporting into the CFO and driving process improvement and automation, the role includes:
- Managing a team of 5 including Senior Accountants and Accounts Officers
- Lead the evolution of finance from a traditional reporting function into a highly automated, in-sight driven commercial partner
- Establish a dedicated FP&A capability supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and decision support
- Systems integration and process improvement
- Oversee financial reporting and governance
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
The Person
- CA/CPA or CFA qualifications
- Experience in commercial finance, finance transformation or business partnering leadership roles
- Prior property investment, development or funds is essential
