Location- Redfern, minutes from Train Station
On Offer currently is a Facilities Technician or Handyperson role which will see you focussed on the identification and rectification of building maintenance issues, either from a hands on, or oversight of contractors perspective for Student Accommodation facilities.
Reporting to the Precinct Facilities Manager, you are part of a dedicated FM team.
You will:
- Manage requests from residents,
- Undertake hands on general maintenance tasks,
- Engage & oversee technical trades.
Ideally, we are looking for
- Facilities experience in Hospitality, BTR, Student Accommodation, Aged Care or Lifestyle Living environments,
- IT proficiency and capable of learning new IT software,
- Flexibility to work the occasional weekends.
