The Opportunity
Based in Northcott’s Parramatta offices, this pivotal role will see you overseeing all aspects of Facilities & Projects Management, Property leasing, acquisitions & disposals, as well as Fleet Management Reporting directly to the CFO, Enliven Housing Property Management, you'll work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure their properties are not only well-maintained and compliant but also high-performing and perfectly aligned with the needs of their residents and company standards.

What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated Social Housing or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) expertise,
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities & Property Management including Leadership of a large team,
- Exceptional project management, organisational, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship abilities for leadership,
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
