We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth executive operations and acting as a trusted partner in decision-making. Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and prioritise executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Organise and facilitate key meetings, including Senior Management Team meetings.
  • Prepare and format professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Arrange complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and expenses.
  • Act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the coordination of corporate events and executive functions.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives. They possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities. A strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion are key, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
  • Experience in the property, real estate, or investment sector.
  • The ability to manage urgent priorities outside standard business hours when required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
