About the Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex diaries, travel, and meetings.
- Assist with personal administration including scheduling, lifestyle management, and private appointments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Oversee operational functions such as procurement, vendor coordination, and expense processing.
- Liaise confidently across internal teams, external stakeholders, and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Contribute to projects, company events, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support, administration, or operations within a corporate environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing competing priorities and taking initiative in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ideally project or workflow management tools.
