About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO on a 3-month contract to provide high-level administrative, organisational, and personal support during a critical period. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative environment and work closely with an entrepreneurial CEO who is constantly on the move. Alongside managing business priorities, you’ll also assist with personal administration, ensuring the CEO is fully supported in all aspects of their professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and key deadlines to ensure seamless delivery
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reconciliation
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks in a fast-moving environment
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as an EA supporting a CEO or C-Suite executive
  • Experience providing personal assistance and managing both business and personal tasks
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a creative, fast-paced culture
  • Professional, discreet, and proactive approach
