Contract Administrator | Major Mixed-Use Development | Epping

Capstone is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of the landmark development in Epping

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing developer-builder, working on a high-profile mixed-use precinct.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in the commercial management of a large residential development. Ensuring strong financial control and smooth contract administration across all stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, letting, and administration
• Prepare and assess progress claims, variations, and final accounts
• Assist with cost planning, forecasting, and budget management
• Review and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Support the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within a builder or developer-builder
• Experience working on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
