Responsibilties include:
- Welcome and engage new residents throughout the critical settlement period, from purchase through to moving in
- Plan and run community events – welcome evenings, resident activities, sausage sizzles, and more
- Keep both on-site and remote buyers informed and connected with regular updates
- Support the marketing team with social media content that brings community life to life for prospective buyers
- Work closely with the Club Manager to grow participation and revenue across bar, restaurant, and function facilities
- Plan and execute commercially focused events to drive food, beverage, and golf-related sales
- Identify and secure sponsorships – event partnerships, and corporate golf days
- Help position the club as a social destination for both residents and the broader community
- Demonstrated experience in resident, community, or local engagement
- Proven event management skills – from planning through to execution
- Energetic, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about people and community
- Equally comfortable with new residents, retirees, golfers, and corporate guests
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities across two distinct operations
- Available to work on-site at the project location (some remote flexibility applies)
Highly regarded:
- Background in community or village management – retirement living, master-planned estates, or similar
- Experience working in or alongside hospitality, golf, or club environments
- Social media and/or creative marketing skills
- Sponsorship, partnerships, or stakeholder relationship experience
