As the Bid and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and management of the full lifecycle of tender and proposal submissions, while also supporting marketing activities. You will ensure that all submissions are strategically crafted, persuasive, and aligned with the company’s brand, helping to secure major projects across multiple sectors and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of tender and proposal submissions (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs) across multiple sectors and offices.
- Develop strategic and compelling content tailored to client needs, including capability statements, project sheets, CVs, and response narratives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine key messaging, win themes, and differentiators.
- Design and format submissions using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) to align with brand standards.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, error-free, and delivered on time.
- Maintain and update a national bid content library, including case studies, CVs, and templates.
- Track bid activity, report progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with marketing activities, including content creation for promotional materials, websites, and social media.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and presentation across all documents and marketing materials.
- Proven experience in bid coordination, tender management, or related fields, ideally within a consulting, engineering, or infrastructure firm.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to develop compelling content for both bids and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple submissions and marketing tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An eye for detail, with a focus on ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality outputs.
