Capstone are partnering with a Canberra-based Federal Government entity looking to appoint a Change Analyst within a departmental regulatory program, impacting people, processes, and technology. This position is for an initial period up to the end of December 2026, with extensions available while the program is running.
Key Accountabilities
As the Change Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of Change Management by collaborating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
- Developing internal communications, supporting documentation, and feedback collection processes.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the department at all levels to adress resistance to change and provide education on the reasons behind change.
- Provide ongoing management of program compliance to organisational standard and health & safety guidelines.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- About 3 years of experience in Change Analyst or Change Management roles, with demonstrable experience working as part of a complex enterprise program.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively convey change messaging.
- Ideally, a Change Management qualification such as Prosci OR ADKAR.
- Experience in the analysis of data and the creation of concise documentation.
