The Role
This is a newly created position joining a close-knit QLD development team, currently delivering live projects.

As Assistant Development Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of lifestyle community development — from site acquisition and feasibility through to DA, construction, and sales & marketing. This is a genuine stepping-stone role with strong mentorship from experienced practitioners and a clear pathway to progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Senior Development Managers across multiple projects in QLD
  • Assisting with feasibility analysis, planning applications, and consultant management
  • Coordinating due diligence, approvals, and project documentation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including the group's construction arm
  • Tracking project milestones, budgets, and programme deliverables
You
  • 2–5 years of experience in property development, town planning, engineering, project management or a related discipline
  • Exposure to residential, masterplanned, or land lease development is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
  • Tertiary qualification in property, planning, construction, or a related field
