The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and working in a small A/P team, the role includes:
-monitor payment cycles and ensure payments are made on time
-process vendor invoices and payments and monitor system data for accuracy
-prepare payment batches for review
-assist with supplier credit applications
-management of staff reimbursements
-generate payable reports and monitor open PO status
-maintain documentation and filing system
The Person
You will have a minimum of 2 years A/P experience and ideally SAP experience. Strong time management, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role.
