We’re seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy project team from 7am to 4pm each day. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to extend onto the next project if it’s a great fit. You’ll be the backbone of daily site operations, overseeing documentation, safety compliance, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all project communication and documentation through Aconex, including RFIs, transmittals, and defect tracking.
- Support site safety processes via Hammertech – recording toolbox talks, monitoring inductions, and issuing safety alerts.
- Administer purchase orders, invoices, and cost tracking through Cheops, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
- Coordinate site consumables, office supplies, and subcontractor key control.
- Maintain training and certification records and assist with ad-hoc admin support for the project team.
- Previous experience in a construction or project-based admin role preferred.
- Proficiency in Aconex, Hammertech, and Cheops (or similar systems).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Construction White Card required.
- Prior exposure to safety documentation and compliance processes advantageous.
