Over the last 25 years I’ve built my executive search and recruitment practice on a different premise — that getting leadership appointments right in government requires rigour, not just relationships.

 

I work with CEOs, Directors, and Boards on their most consequential people decisions. My work is framed by on the ground executive leadership experience in highly complex environment’s, and is combined with first hand exposure to both Local and State Government.

 

My approach combines competency-based leadership assessment and psychometric science with the contextual understanding that only comes from working inside the sector.

 

MBA qualified, with research focused specifically on government sector recruitment, I am a Member of the Executive Management Council of Australia and graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
