Gareth has over 25 years people & business advisory experience including Executive Search, Leadership, and Workplace Performance improvement.
Master’s Qualified having undertaken an MBA (Executive) with Sydney Business School, his thesis focused on challenges facing the government sector in terms of recruitment and workforce planning. Exposure within the Government sector is with Local, State and Statutory bodies across Australia and includes leading structural re-design programs, re-organisations, and Executive level recruitment strategies.
Highly adept at working with CEO and board level stakeholders, Gareth is a member of the Executive Management Council of Australia. Gareth is additionally a Graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
