This leading client-side advisory is growing its Sydney team and seeking an experienced Tenant Representative professional to manage a portfolio of blue-chip clients across office, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
You’ll play a key role guiding clients through end-to-end leasing strategy - from brief development and market analysis through to site selection, negotiations, and delivery oversight.
About the Role
- Represent tenants’ interests in commercial leasing negotiations and renewals
- Advise clients on property strategy, space planning, and workplace Requirements
- Manage transactions from feasibility and market engagement through to heads of agreement and fit-out delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal project managers, valuers, and analysts to ensure best-in-class outcomes
- 4–8 years’ experience in tenant representation, commercial leasing, or advisory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a genuine client-first mindset
- Confident navigating market data, financials, and lease terms
- A team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
