About the Role
This is a part-time role that will keep you busy and engaged. You’ll be the go-to person for the team, managing diaries, organising meetings, handling inboxes, keeping registers up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating with tenants and suppliers through to helping with reports and events, this role offers variety, flexibility and plenty of opportunity to get involved.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Keep inboxes moving and action repairs and maintenance requests quickly
  • Juggle diaries, travel and meetings – plus prep agendas and take minutes
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for tenants, suppliers and contractors
  • Pitch in with board reports, office events and team celebrations
  • Assist with reporting and general office admin
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and workflow notices
  • Keep registers and compliance documents up to date and accurate
  • Lend a hand with lease admin, arrears collection and rent bill processing
  • Support construction project admin and annual budget tracking
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in office support or Executive or team assistant roles (property experience a plus but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive and always two steps ahead
  • A true team player who enjoys variety and getting stuck in
  • Qualifications in business, property or admin are helpful but not required
