An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Team Assistant to join a boutique property business based in Sydney. This role provides high-level, day-to-day support to two Directors while also playing a key role in supporting the wider team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

About the Role

In this trusted and hands-on position, you will act as a central support to two Directors, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings and producing high-quality presentations and documentation. You will also take ownership of office operations and assist across projects and team support. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Assistant who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being relied upon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to two Directors, including diary and meeting coordination
• Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations, reports and professional documentation
• Proactively manage priorities and anticipate the needs of the Directors
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules and communications
• Oversee office operations including suppliers, facilities and service providers
• Support project coordination and preparation of property-related documentation
• Process invoices, expenses and general administrative reporting
• Act as a central point of contact for the office and wider team

About You

• Proven experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
• Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong PowerPoint skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Polished communicator with a professional and approachable manner
• Property or professional services experience highly regarded
