The Role
They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Submissions Manager or Submissions Coordinator to lead the preparation of compelling and high-quality tender submissions, EOI documents, and project bids. This is a pivotal role working closely with senior management, estimators, and project teams to secure new opportunities and support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end submissions process for tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualifications.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and partners to gather required information and content.
- Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and other key collateral.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored content to highlight the company’s capabilities.
- Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain a library of previous submissions, CVs, and project data.
- Lead post-submission reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or architectural or engineering sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and document design skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex submissions to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Tier 2 construction operations and major client expectations.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality documents, as well as, the full Adobe Suite
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a proactive mindset.
