Established Commercial Builder | Repeat Government & Institutional Clients
Our client is a well-regarded Melbourne-based commercial builder with over a decade of delivering complex, high-quality projects across education, aged care, health and cultural sectors. They're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a $15M performing arts centre project within Melbourne's inner suburbs.
This is a standalone site management role with full accountability for delivery of a high-profile performing arts centre from early stages through to handover. You'll be working with an experienced project and commercial team, supported by a well-resourced head office and strong leadership culture.
- Leading day-to-day site operations for a $15M performing arts project
- Managing subcontractors, labour, and site safety (Hammertech)
- Coordinating programme, quality, and compliance deliverables
- Using Procore and Jobpac for site reporting and documentation
- Collaborating with a dedicated PM and CA team
- Representing the company professionally with the client and stakeholders
- Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial builds $10M+
- Experience in institutional, education, health or cultural sectors is highly regarded
- Comfortable working with iPad-based site management tools
- Trade background preferred; tertiary qualifications in construction considered
- Clear communicator who can manage subcontractors and client relationships
- A well-established business with a growing project pipeline
- Projects range $8M–$25M across government, health, education and cultural sectors
