About the Project
Our client are an established general contractor who are delivering a landmark $300M industrial project that will set new benchmarks in safety, efficiency, and innovation. This large-scale development includes complex civil, structural, and mechanical packages, requiring exceptional leadership and coordination at every stage of construction.

The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for on-site delivery of this high-profile project. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Drive project programme and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
  • Conduct daily and weekly site meetings and progress reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a proven construction leader with substantial experience delivering large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10–15 years' construction experience, including senior site management roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects $100M+ (industrial, infrastructure, or major commercial preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in health & safety leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and large site teams
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
